A couple of years ago we launched a modern system of deep freezing combined with delayed baking system.
It is the mix of the newest available technology, traditional recipes and natural ingredients that is the key to exceptional quality of our products.
Bread is made on natural leavens, the majority of goods are made on whole grain flour, using best natural ingredients. Thanks to that our rye brown breads are appreciated even by customers who still remember the real taste of traditional polish bread.
