Cymes company was founded in 1982.
At first, the company was involved in the production of salty snacks such as potato crisps and sticks.
In 1991 we started to bake bread by combining modern technology on the one hand, and on the other by traditional bread making art of craft.
For baking we use bake ovens with stone hertz (plates) and best flour from local mills.
Our breads are based on natural leaven derived from the traditional method of fermentation, mostly from the flour of full milling, so it is recognized even among customers who still remember the taste of real Polish bread.
